No Show / Non-Cancellation / Non-Reschedule Fee:
-- The human eye can see around 20 stops of light, but even the newest modern cameras can only capture around 12-14 stops of light. In order to create a picture that resembles what our eyes can see, multiple shots at different exposures are needed.
-- For interior photos, I take 5-7 shots at different exposures, then hand blend in Lightroom & Photoshop to create a High Resolution, High Dynamic Range picture.
-- For exterior photos, I take 3-5 shots at different exposures, then hand blend in Lightroom & Photoshop to create a High Resolution, High Dynamic Range picture.
-- For aerial photos, I take 3 shots at different exposures, then hand blend in Lightroom & Photoshop to create a High Resolution, High Dynamic Range picture.
-- I live in and work out of Newnan, Georgia (Coweta County).
-- I currently serve these following areas: Atlanta and the surrounding counties. See travel fee information below.
-- No travel fee for any location under 25 miles.
-- Any location over 25 miles will incur travel fee of 65 cents per mile (IRS Travel Rate).
-- Quality is my #1 goal, but I do know that time is of the essence when dealing with real estate listings.
-- Therefore, in most cases, photos will be delivered within 24 hours.
-- All-in-One packages and Video Tours can take between 24-48 hours for delivery.
-- If for some reason this timeframe cannot be met, I will personal call the client to discuss the issue.
-- Depends on the service you request.
-- I offer services that will deliver as little as 12 photos or as many as 60+ photos.
-- If you have special circumstances, please contact me and we'll create a custom package to meet your needs.
-- $100.00 plus any Travel Fees
